About the Author
Franklin Delano Vipperman
He was born September 6, l938 in a tiny coal mining town on the banks of a coal black river in Wyoming, West Virginia. Being the youngest son in a family of six children, who's father was a coal miner. And naming his youngest son Franklin Delano Vipperman after the greatest president of our time, Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Franklin's family moved from the harsh life in West Virginia to Wayne, Michigan when Frank was about four years old. He then attended school in Wayne until he became of age and joined the Army.
During his Army career Frank was stationed at Fort Richardson Alaska, where his first daughter was born as the first 49th. citizen when Alaska became a state. His second daughter was born in Wayne after Frank returned home after serving three years in the Army and received an Honorable Discharge.
Frank had first trained in Tanks while in the Army, and then later became a cook and baker. After getting out of the service, Frank continued his cooking career all over the country in some of the very best and finest restaurants and hotels. He worked for Gene Autry in Beverly Hills, and such well known places as the Tail Of The Cock also in Beverly Hills.
He came to Las Vegas in 1962, and opened the Top Of The Strip restaurant at the top of the Dunes Hotel. He also worked as a chef at the Tropicana, Desert Inn, Stardust, Riviera, and finished his culinary career as a chef at the Bacchanal Room at Caesar's Palace.
He then went into the automobile business as a salesman at Desert Motors Chrysler Plymouth, where he worked for five years until he went into business for himself in a small used car lot on Fremont Street. Whereat he was framed for the murder of his business partner William Parquette by the Las Vegas Police, and Clark County District Attorney's Office. Railroaded through two different trials by the despicable Judge Carl J. Christensen, and sold out by his alleged defense attorneys Harry E. Claiborne, James Brown, and Jeffrey D. Sobel. And spent about fifteen years in prison whereat he wrote three books, The Deal Makers, The Cesspool, and Hell Hole. And therein named every single person that was involved in the framing him, railroading him, selling him down the tubes, caught them red handed as they did it, and wrote it all down as it happened. And them all committing those horrendously illegal and unconstitutional acts and actions pursuant to conspiracy with each other, for the purposes of covering-up for each other. And the overwhelmingly corrupt cops, prosecutors, judges, attorneys, politicians, and entire despicable legal and judicial system of Nevada. And them further keeping him in prison because he refused to confess to the crime he had been framed for. Which included the overwhelmingly corrupt Nevada Parole Board and its members and hearing officers, and many-many others that have been involved in the never ending conspiracy with each other to deny and deprive him of his liberty, freedom, and property interests.
