police, prosecutors, judges, courts, and alleged defense attorneys.  And how he brought down a federal judge, and state prosecutor and accomplished getting them thrown in prison.   And accomplished having his overwhelmingly corrupt trial judge to be removed from the bench.   And he also managed to catch the overwhelmingly corrupt Nevada Parole Board on tape committing their conspiratorial illegal and unconstitutional acts and actions in concert and collusion with corrupt
police, prosecutors, trial judge, and his so called alleged defense attorneys which allowed it all to happen, and helped them all cover-up the horrendous case.

Vipperman ruggedly details his own difficulties brought upon him by those corruptive
